NAE - Office-Based - Berkshire
The Company
This business has an innovative portfolio of major brands, across the Non-Food categories including Health and Personal Care and is now seeking an NAE to be responsible for managing their major pharmacy customers.
The Role
As NAE it will be your responsibility to assist in driving profitability in line with business objectives across your allocated channel which in this case is the Pharmacy channel.
- To work cross-functionally with the supply chain team to ensure accurate sales forecasts and adequate stock levels for your designated customers
- Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin, and 4P targets (Product, Place, Price, Promotion)
- Collaborate with in-store merchandising teams to ensure you deliver best practice of in-store execution and availability.
- Develop strong working relationships to deliver account objectives
The Person
- Degree Calibre a must
- Sales experience already gained in FMCG / Pharmaceuticals
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen
- Able to demonstrate strategic agility
- Also able to demonstrate quick progression in your career to date
