The company supplies an extensive range of high quality food products and ingredients to leading customers in the retail, food service and food manufacturing sectors. With a solid reputation for innovation, NPD and significant capital investment the business continues to show strong growth in its core markets both in the UK and wider International markets.

The company is now seeking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of major customers in the Business to Business Food Manufacturing sector.

You will be tasked with developing sales and profit within some of the division’s key and strategic accounts. Having grown your B2B commercial experience up to National Account Manager level, which must include 4 years of working in food ingredient categories, you are now ready to make your next career move. With outstanding new business development, negotiation, commercial P&L and customer relationship building skills you have the attributes to succeed in this challenging yet exciting new role.

Managing complex relationships and connecting the right people within the business to the right people within the customer is seen as an essential skill. While an ability to establish and uncover opportunities using your extensive knowledge of both products and your customer base are an integral part of the role.

You should be hard working, outgoing with gravitas and a strong personal brand within the ingredients B2B sector. Strong both internally and externally together with the enthusiasm and drive to achieve both your commercial and personal goals. You will have direct experience within the ingredients industry, working within the Food Manufacturing customer base.
