If you are an ambitious National Account Executive who is action-oriented, energetic and commercial then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Better Placed are working with a blue chip non-food FMCG organisation that are looking for a high calibre candidate to join their sales team as a National Account Executive based in Slough.

As a National Account Executive you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products into a specified account. This business will give you freedom to make your mark very early in your career and the right candidate will have a real passion to outperform.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement JBP for account portfolio
  • Work to, achieve and out perform your targets
  • Working with in-store merchandising team to deliver best practice in-store sales execution, on shelf availability and promotional compliance
  • Analysis of sales data
  • Working cross-functionally with supply services and marketing teams
  • Develop working relationships to deliver objectives


Desired skills and experience
  • Educated to a high standard - achieved strong A-Level and degree results
  • Sales experience gained in FMCG, OTC or Retail
  • Action-oriented and energetic
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Credible in front of managers
  • Focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and a strong desire to make things happen
  • Ability to work autonomously
