Redfox are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading agricultural insurance broker to recruit an Account Executive to join their team.

Our client is currently seeking a proven insurance professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills to join their unique insurance brokerage as an Account Executive. You will demonstrate the ability to build relationships quickly. You will have a solid understanding of insurance principles and the ability to quickly understand the technicalities of the product.

In this role you will be managing a book of business of existing clients and developing a pipeline of new business in relation to rural and agricultural insurance, whilst ensuring full FCA compliance and providing the high quality service that our client is famous for.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of service to all of your clients, both existing and new at all times
• Identify and act upon new business opportunities passing leads that you are unable to help back to marketing
• Be an expert in your field and a trusted advisor
• Complete fact finds and proposals in accordance with FCA regulations
• Respond quickly and effectively to client requests relating to their insurance policies
• Arrange insurance cover as agreed with the client
• Broking risks for new business and renewals
• Communicating with Underwriters on a daily basis and building strong relationships

Ideal Qualifications / Experience:

• Proven knowledge and understanding of the agricultural sector
• An understanding of Insurance products is preferable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Efficient and Organised
• Being familiar with FCA regulations would be advantageous
