Fast Food Telesales Operative - Ashford
This is an exciting opportunity within the Fast Food division in a telesales operator role. The purpose of this role is to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets whilst taking a pro-active role in devising and reviewing opportunities.
The key accountabilities and responsibilities of this role are:

• To work closely with the telesales management and contribute towards operational plans that deliver the telesales strategy
• To develop profitable sales growth of the company range of products/services by meeting/exceeding set sales targets
• Using effective planning to initiate and accept customer orders by telephone in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Develop sound knowledge of customers need, competitor activity and the company’s product/resources
• Respond to customer complaints/enquiries in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Identification of changes to improve personal performance
