Technical & Quality Manager

Our client is a true specialist in the beverage industry. As part of continual growth and an internal restructure they now have a vacancy for Technical & Quality Manager at their South London Head Office; you will also be accountable for a manufacturing site.

This is a cross-functional role, and the Technical & Quality Manager will work with each department to make sure standards are not only met, but exceeded.

The Technical & Quality Manager:
  • Will ensure the company complies with ever changing technical standards and legislation.
  • Will manage and develop the company's Quality Management System.
  • Will take full ownership and responsibility for all Technical and Quality related activities
  • Will develop and maintain all product specifications, quality attribute sheets and product risk assessment sheets


The Technical & Quality Manager will have:
  • A Degree in Food Science or related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years FMCG experience; ideally experience in beverage manufacturing
  • Strong auditing experience
  • An excellent understanding of HACCP principles
  • Experience with lean principles
