My client is an established and market leading purveyor of equipment products sold to prestige Hotels and Hospitality businesses as well as High Net Worth individuals.  They are renowned for the high build quality, design and durability of their exquisite range of products.

About the Role:

This is a key role within the business – providing crucial, swift and professional assistance to customers if and when there is an issue with their product.

You will be required to provide accurate and proficient product and service information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face – the ultimate goal being to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.  Specific duties will include;

  • Handling all incoming calls and emails from clients
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Giving technical advice to clients with the aim to solve any issues
  • Build sustainable client relationships
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database
  • Organising Engineer call outs
  • Liaise with customers and engineers for repair quotes
  • Deal with quotes and payments for spare parts
  • Efficient and effective complaint handling
  • Small in – house repairs of products
  • Organise maintenance contract diaries
  • Send our service reminders to customers
  • Spare part stock control and shipments
  • Assisting with duties within the showroom as required

Key Skills/Experience Required:

In order to be considered for the role of After Sales Technical Administrator, you must possess the following;

  • Technical customer service/helpdesk experience – ideally gained from within a manufacturing background
  • Extremely well presented with a professional manner
  • The ability to deal will high – end and sometimes demanding customers
  • A hands – on attitude with a willingness and ability to carry out small repairs if required
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise your own workload
  • Happy working in a small office/showroom environment

Salary/Benefits Information:

Salary up to £25,000 p.a depending on experience
