This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established company who have supplied solutions for over 40 years. As the Internal Telesales Representative you will become an integral part to the sales team; responsible for driving sales across your accounts.

Our client started many years ago as a local business and has grown into a successful and well established company today who demands a strong presence in their industry. The business operate in the household area and have experienced significant growth over the last four to five years!



Description



As the Internal Sales Representative you will be based in their Leicestershire office and will report in to the Managing Director. In a 90% account management and 10% new business role covering both incoming and outgoing calls, you will be responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of wholesale and cash & carry accounts, whilst representing their standard range of products.



The working hours for this role are from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.



Profile



Key skills and experience required:

  • An understanding or experience of the household/packaging industry would be beneficial
  • Ideally experienced in telesales or with a strong telephone manner and good customer service skills
  • Brilliant rapport and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated with a positive outlook in order to work autonomously
  • Attention to detail
  • Experienced and confident with Microsoft Excel
  • Based within or near Leicestershire






Job Offer

  • £18k to £22k: dependent upon experience
