We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team at our head office in Leeds. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a genuine passion for brands, a can do attitude with a real desire to deliver and the enthusiasm to be part of one of the most successful marketing departments in FMCG. As an Assistant Brand Manager you will manage and co-ordinate brand activities to support the delivery of key brand business goals.



The main purpose of the role is to support the Brand Managers by taking responsibility for key areas of the marketing mix - likely to be digital and/or shopper marketing related with specific responsibility for part of a brand portfolio. This is a great development role to get broad exposure to branded marketing and will also involve budget tracking while also managing internal communication with a particular focus on cross functional stakeholders. There will be broad interaction with agencies; collaboration internally and externally is a key part of this role.


With a degree in either a marketing or business related discipline you will have previous marketing experience working within an FMCG environment.


Good communication skills are essential for this position along with the ability to work well with others as part of a team. You will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile.
