The Role

Export Sales Managers / Export Sales Executives. Have you attained your experience working with consumer goods? Do you live in the North of England and are you interested in joining a successful and profitable British FMCG business with a strong, international outlook? If so, then we would like to hear from you.

This ethical business sells to 25 countries already and following consistent and impressive growth the company has identified the need to strengthen its international sales team. The business will allocate a geographical territory and a network of existing distributors which will become the sole responsibility of the new Export Sales Manager. It is expected that the export sales manager will also identify new business development opportunities in currently untouched export markets.

The Company

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful family business with an international outlook. Company sales grew by 30% last year and this growth has led to the expansion of the export sales team and this new position. The fact that the products are “Made in Britain” is important to a number of customers in international markets and it remains important to the company owners.

The Benefits

The Export Sales Manager will be paid a basic salary of between £35,000 and £43,000. A bonus, car allowance and benefits will compliment the package

The Person

As the successful candidate you have previous experience of working as an Export Sales Manager / Export Sales Executive. It is highly likely that you also have a background in consumer goods, with FMCG or consumer durables. You will be accustomed to undertaking international travel when required and you will live within a commutable distance of North Manchester. It is anticipated that during non-travel weeks the export sales manager will spend 3/4 days in the office 1 or 2 working from home.
