Job Details
Our client is an established leading manufacturer of consumer electronic appliances who supply to both B2B and retail customers across the Globe. They have had many notable achievements and they pride themselves on their attention to detail and ability to deliver innovative and high performing products to keep up with their evolving customer requirements. Due to their success they are now looking for an ambitious and driven National Account Manager to join their Sales team.
As the successful National Account Manager you will have full responsibility for your accounts, including promotional plans, listing and distribution of NPD, securing shelf space in line with market share and/or category objectives. You will be involved and responsible for developing and implementing a clear defined channel strategy for your account base. You will also be expected to pro-actively track performance of your account(s) understanding the key drivers of the performance and working closely with the cross functional team to implement corrective action to deliver against the P&L target and strategic plan.
The successful National Account Manager will have:
- Current experience in one of the following roles: National Account Manager, Customer Business Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Customer Development Manager, Key Account Manager or equivalent.
- Have current experience within a branded FMCG organisation managing major UK retailers
- Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills
- Driven and self-motivated with appetite to build strong internal/external relationships
- Be tenacious and results driven
- Pro-active approach to all commercial challenges.
- Preferably be degree educated or equivalent
Our client is looking to pay up to £55,000 plus benefits.
This role requires access to their head office in West London.
