The Role: The role of Business Development Manager will see you selling security and cleaning solutions for vacant properties. You will be dealing with both residential and commercial properties as well as property management companies, local authorities and retailers. The successful Business Development Manager will be developing new accounts by talking to property managers, business owners, buyers and estates managers.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong B2B field sales skills
• You will have a track record of selling a service
• Any experience of selling into housing associations is a bonus
• Outgoing and ambitious candidates with great relationship building skills

Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:

• £30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary
• + £9,000 - £14,000 Uncapped Commission
