EOI AUSTRALIAN GROWER OPPORTUNITIES – PERFECTION

We’re what you might call a home-grown company – in more ways than one! For over 30 years we’ve operated as a family business. We have a long history in agriculture and together with the Australian farming community we grow the freshest, most flavoursome produce around.

We are seeking Expressions of interest for our multiple farms across Australia in various Grower roles.

If you are a Grower who has experience in one of the following areas; Raspberries, Blackberries, 
Blueberry’s or Tomatoes using the latest growing techniques with significant experience using protected cropping, climate and fertigation management and using Priva control system or similar systems we would like you hear from you.

Candidates would be Degree qualified in horticulture, science or related discipline preferably but not essential and have experience: 

• Managing climate and crop inputs to optimise production 
• Scouting and investigating pest and disease issues & assign effective strategies
• Driving safety culture
• Budget and Forecast Input on yields and labour 
• Calculate and advise energy and water usage requirements
• Ensure plants produce first grade quality fruit
• Engage with employees and contractors to drive a harmonious working environment
