Out client is a growing, branded FMCG business with well established brands and an exciting growth agenda. To support the continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen in the brand management team for an experienced Assistant Brand Manager.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will create and deliver marketing plans for multiple brands, creating and managing a continuous NPD pipeline for a branded products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will develop and implement annual brand marketing plans, including media, advertising production, sampling and social media.
  • NPD Pipeline development from concept to launch in conjunction with NPD team.
  • Ownership of budget.
  • Range management and reviews, presenting to large retail customers.
  • Performance analysis of brands, working closely with sales and customer marketing teams with a focus on the ROI of promotional activity.
  • Market research to understand brand, consumer and competitor landscapes.
  • Management of agency roster.
  • Close liaison with Customer Marketing team for Trade PR activities.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced Assistant Brand Manager with the confidence and communication skills to present to retail partners regularly. You must be a confident self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years brand marketing experience to step up into a Brand Manager role. Candidates with other business to consumer marketing experience will also be of interest providing you have the drive and ambition to succeed.
