An opportunity has arisen in the UK as Customer Business Manager for our branded Baby Care portfolio in one of our major customers. This role is an outstanding opportunity for individuals looking to progress their career within Customer Management, taking on the responsibility of managing the Huggies wipes and childcare portfolio.

As this role is responsible for managing a major UK retailer, it is essential to pro-actively develop the customer relationship, building the business through the understanding of the sector and offering a data driven strategy to drive sustainable profit growth.

An in-depth understanding of the multiple grocery market-place will facilitate the on-going support of the customer's business strategy. Prior grocery account management experience is essential and the successful candidate will receive focused training and coaching within role to support their functional and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, with excellent analytical skills and have a passion for negotiation. Good communication skills will be essential in order to build and develop the customer relationship, whilst the ability to demonstrate complex problem solving will be important to deliver key UK objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:

* This role offers full P&L responsibility for our joint business plan with a leading retailer. The successful applicant will have full P&L responsibility for volume, NSV, Gross Profit and Trade investment as well as market share and Sales growth.

* They will be required to negotiate business plans and manage sales of our full product range in line with Kimberly-Clark portfolio strategy.

* There will be a requirement to create, present, track and manage the joint business plans, with regard to volume, sales, profit, category growth, distribution and promotional planning.

Experience Required

* Graduate calibre or equivalent desirable

* Knowledge of multiple grocery environment essential

* Experience of negotiating and communicating,

* Experience of sales forecasting and profit modelling

* Knowledge of category, shopper and consumer data sources desirable

* Broader experience in Category Management or marketing will be advantageous

* Demonstration of strong commercial awareness and judgment.
