Field Based – North of England
An amazing opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding wine business. They are now looking to recruit a new member to be an integral part of their ever developing team. They own their own winery and place a real focus on the innovation of new products, specialising in both branded English made wines and private label solutions. With a wide customer base that spans Top 4 Grocery, National On-Trade, Route-to-Market and Convenience they have won numerous medals and awards for their inventive wine products and are now gaining international recognition.
As Regional Account Manager you will be tasked with developing business with regional On-Trade wholesalers across the North of England. These will include but not be limited to the likes of Tate-Smith, HB Clark, House of Townsend and Yorkshire Vintners as well as regional brewers such as Robinsons and Black Sheep. There will be a heavy focus on new business and you will have full P&L responsibility for the accounts in your portfolio. The key targets you will work towards will be turnover, volume and profit growth.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need a strong background from within the wine, beer or spirits industry. You will have experience dealing with the Northern On-Trade and be confident in your ability to build strong relationships and prospect for new business. You will ideally also have relevant WSET qualifications. You will need to be an incredibly driven and sales minded individual comfortable working autonomously and will be passionate about developing your career within the wine industry.
