Senior Brand Manager

The company focus on delivering world foods in a simple and helpful way whilst understanding what makes their customers happy and tailoring the variety of products to suit their customer needs.

The opportunity

Reporting into the Business Development Director, working within the Ethnic Brands Division. You will,

• Take responsibility for developing plans and executing projects that support the broader, short and long-term marketing strategies.
• Develop and lead the brands to deliver the brand promise, brand vision , brand position, brand architecture and achieves overall business goals for the brand.
• Inspiring the organisation around the brand vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life.
• Engage in strategy discussions in setting consumer/customer target.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products.
• Developing pricing & pack strategies, improved margin mix, trade spending plans and distribution goals in order to develop actionable KPIs.
• Take a lead in managing vendor partners and communication agencies.

The candidate

• Experience within FMCG ideally with previous experience/knowledge of the independent and ethnic trade sector.
• A proven background either as a Brand Manager or a Brand Supervisor looking to step up.
• Strong commercial skills and excellent commercial awareness
• The drive and desire to achieve
