The successful candidate will join a small and successful commercial team focussing on bringing on new clients from top 4 grocery channel. My client supply leading retailers with disposable homewares including party products and cleaning items.

My client are a family run business established in the 1970's; with a track record in organic growth they have been pivotal in providing the UK retail industry with packaging and disposable products.
With plans for expansion in the UK they are looking to source a National Account Manager to proactively approach top 4 grocer accounts to become their partners in providing disposable products.

Description
National Account Manager-Own Label
- Working as part of the commercial sales team you will be responsible for creating and driving the new business strategy across the top 4 grocery accounts
- This role will involve high levels of private label therefore regular meetings with the buyers are required
- This role will involve some international travel to the factories in the far east in order to source the products for your key accounts
- Full P&L and JBP responsibility
- Travel the HQ in the East Midlands on a regular basis
Profile
National Account Manager-Own Label East Midlands
- You will be a National Account Manager or Business Development Manager within the consumer channel
- You must have experience of selling into at least 1 top 4 grocery multiple
- Sourcing experience or knowledge of disposables/homewares would be advantageous
- Located in the Midlands for easy access to the HQ and key accounts
- The desire to grow the current sales team; this role is fast track to Sales Director
