The Role:

A fantastic Export Sales position has become available with an innovative and expanding provider of consumer durables.

This exciting position will involve selling their wide range of products to major European retailers, including grocers, DIY chains and major homewares retailers, as well as through in country distributors across a European sales territory.

You will have full P&L responsibility for your region, be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans for your accounts, managing and developing key customers, identifying and opening new business accounts, monitoring distributor performance and delivering the agreed sales and profit growth for your territory.

Successful applicants will need recent Export sales experience, selling consumer durables to major European retailers.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent Export sales experience, selling consumer durables to major European retailers.
• Experienced in managing distributor networks.
• Demonstrable track record in delivering sales and profit growth.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Good commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Prepared for regular overseas travel.
• Fluent German or French would be highly advantageous.

Package:

Basic Salary:  £40,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience)
