Interim Senior Brand Manager - leading UK branded food business

This client has an excellent reputation in the UK food industry for high quality, premium branded food products that have become a household name.

In April 2017 the business will require 9-12 months Interim support to cover the Senior Brand Manager role.
You will add extensive brand marketing expertise to the team and working closely with sales and other functions in the business grow commercial success.

Key responsibilities of the role will include -

• Leadership of the strategic direction of the brand portfolio in UK and Europe
• Key involvement in the annual consumer marketing plans
• Interaction with sales force on consumer brand plans
• Devising and leading the brand NPD strategy
• Leading essential consumer marketing activities

As with any interim role the need to be flexible to support activities in other areas of the function is key to the success of this assignment.

For this role it's essential you have a branded food background with extensive involvement in exciting and current branded businesses in the UK.

You will have a proven track record of delivering successful NPD and brand development. Clearly excellent presentation, communication and numerical skills are required as is the ability to use financial and market data.
