The Role:
  • Full P & L responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your buyers within the account.
  • Regular face to face meetings with the buyers.
  • Able to identify new opportunities for both new product innovation and mutually beneficial growth.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and new emerging trends.
  • Strong cross-functional working relationships with the Category, Marketing and the NPD teams.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of KPI's, budgets and other demanding targets



The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience of managing an within a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Passionate foodie with an enthusiastic view on the industry
  • Educated to degree level or the equivalent.
  • An experienced negotiator.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • An ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
  • A can - do attitude and outlook.
