This brand new opportunity has arisen for the role of Junior National Account Manager - High Street, Value Retail & Online.  This is a challenging and exciting National Account role that provides a unique opportunity to work within a highly motivated and passionate team with a strong desire to outperform.You will take ownership of a portfolio of national retailers to maximise trade and category opportunities to deliver sales and profit targets.

The key challenges will include:

  • Optimise net sales, visibility and profitability targets through your account base within agreed budgets and strategic guidelines
  • Deliver against all set targets and business objectives within the account base
  • Become an expert of the account and all categories we operate in
  • Exceed expectations whilst ensuring we outperform the market and customer growth
  • Forecasting in close collaboration with Demand Planning
  • Delivery of key innovation launches
  • Working in partnership with your customers to build joint business plans that further strengthen Henkel brands and customer relationships
  • Cross-functional working with Marketing, Category Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Services


Qualifications/Experience:
 

  • Graduate calibre
  • Strong problem solving ability with the judgement and skills to scrutinise customer financial data
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong level of numeracy and IT Skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written
  • Proven negotiator with a focus on win-win outcomes
  • Having an ability to contribute and influence within a multi-functional team based environment
  • A strong passion for sales and self-starter attitude
  • Demonstrable success in sales and key account management
  • Keen to learn with the potential to develop in role and further within the business as part of a highly rewarding career.
