Merchandiser - Beauty Brand

Our client is a luxury beauty retailer brand, recognised as a major player across the markets they operate within.

They are growing their Merchandising team and are currently seeking a passionate Merchandiser to join the team and coordinate the planning, forecasting and stock management of their Beauty business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple beauty categories therefore you will need to get the right stock to the right place at the right time and constantly monitor what's selling and what's not to maximise profitability. This will also involve analysing figures and forecasting and working with visual merchandisers, buyers, retail ops and the distribution centres to make informed decisions on how to drive sales.

The successful candidate will currently be an experienced Merchandiser with experience in managing beauty or retail brands. Highly numerate and analytical, you'll have excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Good attention to detail is important and as well as being a confident communicator and manager, with the ability to challenge and influence others across all levels.
