Tactical FMCG Van Sales Positions – Territories available nationwide

Are you an experienced salesperson in the FMCG sector looking for regular tactical van sales work throughout 2017? If the answer is Yes, we are looking for someone just like you!

Role: Flexforce is excited to be growing our van sales department in 2017 to even greater levels and we need additional van sellers in key areas to work on upcoming campaigns for a variety of different clients.

We are looking for people that have experience in selling to the convenience sector, with a proven track record of success. You will also need a good knowledge of your local area and the convenience sector within it. We have regular campaigns of 6-8 weeks in length running from April through to November 2017 and we want you to be a part of this.

When you work on a flexforce campaign you get the benefit of working with some of the largest and best loved brands in the UK, highly competitive pay and bonus schemes, a van provided and an experienced support network – both in the field and from the office.

About the role

Our van sales roles are all on a sub-contractual basis, giving you the opportunity to work for a variety of the largest brands in the UK on a campaign-to-campaign basis. At this time we have a large volume of activity confirmed for the period April-November 2017. This period will comprise of multiple 6-8 week campaigns across a range of clients.

To achieve success you must:

  • Be self-employed
  • Have demonstrable success in selling products into the convenience sector
  • Ability to report accurately and on time using web/tablet reporting systems
  • Be self-motivated to reach both personal and team targets
  • Be adaptable to in store situations and be able to tailor your sales pitch to the store you are visiting
  • Be personable and be able to build on long-lasting relationships and develop new ones in store
