Graduate Marketing Assistant

Our client is a significant player in this sector of the FMCG market and are growing further in the UK. As a result of this growth they are looking for a Graduate Marketing Assistant to work in the marketing team assisting the Senior Marketing Manager.

Ideally you will be a recent marketing or business studies graduate, or you are someone who has graduated in the last year or so and has some experience in a marketing department, either way this role could appeal to you as it is a new role and is a great opportunity to establish a career in marketing with a high input in to product development, packaging and product innovation.

Key elements of the role

*Assisting with data analysis - in-house data & customer EPOS
*Assisting in the development of the product range including sourcing new products, creating collections and NPD.
*Creation of the range admin including collections & planograms
*Managing design, printing & stock management of POS
*Manage packaging artwork process with relevant departments & suppliers
*Assist in the planning of brand launches/trade & consumer shows
*Communication with the sales force including product & POS queries, image requests, collection requests, new line forms, sample requests.
*Management of systems information including setting up new product codes/barcodes
*Providing product information to assist in the buying process
*Become a key player for stakeholders within Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain and take an active role in supply chain & production meetings for The department.

The salary is negotiable upon experience but is likely to be circa £20-25k + benefits.
