Revenue Growth Manager

Grow with us as a Revenue Growth Manager on the Kellogg Sales Team – This role is responsible for optimising Kellogg's customer and channel investment strategy across either of our cereal and snacks categories.
In conjunction with the Commercial Strategy team, this position ensures our Revenue Growth Management strategy is implemented across all elements of our sales mix - promotions, pricing, packs and customer terms.
 
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Business partner with sales teams to analyse in market execution and make recommendations for improvement in future business strategy.
  • Deliver pricing & promotion analysis to identify opportunities that influence customer and channel strategies, working with the wider Commercial Strategy team.
  • Undertake financial modelling of pricing recommendations for all price list changes.
  • Provide relevant data and support to team on all trade investment inputs into innovation projects.
  • Managing the process of promotional and Joint Business Planning (promotions, pricing, packs and terms) reviews and approvals in conjunction with Finance and Commercial Strategy.
  • Monitor and check all changes relating to price, including strategic and tactical innovation and ensure all changes are reflected in the central UK Price File and communicated to the wider sales team.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

  • Analytical expertise; financial acumen/experience; strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a sales role desirable, as well as experience of working with consumer sales databases, e.g. IRI, Nielsen etc
  • Inquisitive nature, dynamic individual with can do attitude and drive for making change
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage process
