Our client is an independent distribution, sales and marketing agency based in London representing a variety of premium spirit producers from around the world. They are looking for a confident and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team in a young, dynamic and commercial environment. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to achieve success and recognition in the world of spirits. This role will allow you to step out of the corporate battlefield and use your creativity, freedom of thought and independent spirit to create the activity that sets their brands apart.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of all the exciting brands in this portfolio and will manage the budgets, activation and channel strategies for each. Each brand across the portfolio will offer varying levels of autonomy so you must be adaptable to this. You will organise and manage promotions and events, including trade shows, food & drink festivals and bespoke trade activity. You will have regular reviews with brand owners and will be seen as the representative for the company. Other responsibilities include managing the internal digital and social media platforms, as well as liaising regularly with the sales team.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in a Brand Manager role, with a strong knowledge of the UK drinks on-trade/off-trade markets. It is essential that you have experience working in the spirits industry, and are passionate about it! Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital as you will be the key contact for liaising with brand owners. You must have written a brand plan and seen it through a year, as well as experience managing A&P budgets. This is an extremely hands on role so it is important that you bring a positive and proactive attitude. Experience working with luxury brands is advantageous.
