The Role: The Sales Director will be responsible for both people management and an established portfolio of accounts. You will have 3 direct reports; franchise and sales managers, with teams targeting UK wide retailers such as DFS and Furniture Village. Primarily home based with one day per week in Oxfordshire, the ideal candidate will be South East based, near M4/M40 territory.

The Company: This industry giant has been established since the early 1900's, offering services and products which protect, care and repair a range of furnishings such as fabric, leather and wood. A global leader with over 2 million customers in the UK, they now look to recruit a strategic sales director with excellent communication and leadership skills.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must have strong business to business experience
• Proven track record dealing with national retailers
• People management
• Financial services/insurance background ideal

Benefits of this role:

• £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary, plus 20% OTE
