Paul Nyman Consultancy are working to recruit a National Account Manager for a personal hygiene business based in West Yorkshire.
The Business
As a leading provider within their category of personal hygiene products our client has developed a reputation for creating highly effective products for its consumers. The company operates on a global scale with production facilities across multiple continents. As a result of impressive recent growth within the retail sphere they are now seeking to make an addition to their commercial team.
The Role
- National Account Manager to manage Tesco and Boots accounts
- Manage deliver the sales budget in line with forecasts
- Operate cross functionally, particularly with the marketing team to create innovative customer plans
- Be agile and responsive to stay ahead of category competitors
- The business has a number of opportunities to expand within retail and aside from the core Account Management there is scope to go after other high and low hanging fruit
Your Background
- Experience of managing National Accounts in a top4 retail environment is essential, exposure to Tesco would be an advantage
- A working understanding of a personal category would be advantageous
- You will be someone who is comfortable pushing back and challenging the status quo, both externally and internally where required
- Operate analytically to drive changes within the customer and possess this ability both with the support of a team and also autonomously
- The role will require you in the West Yorkshire office approximately 2 days per week
