Operating from three sites on the scenic south coast, Natures Way Foods (NWF) is now one of the largest employers in the area. About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative, forward thinking and highly skilled New Product Development (NPD) team as an NPD Project Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to project manage from concept to launch. You will support and grow the company sales, profit and market share by delivering consumer focused NPD and EPD based on category insights.

Here's a bit more detail:

• Work with our category team to identify opportunities and develop commercially viable products and solutions

• Project manage NPD/EPD through the development process

• Manage key stakeholders and involvement with all stages of the development process

• Work with customers to develop short and long term NPD plans

• Drive project delivery for customer launches, ensuring products are launched on time and in full

About you

You're an enthusiastic and tenacious project manager. We're looking for you to have excellent communication skills and an ability to manage relationships and influence across all levels of the business to Executive level. You'll be able to work autonomously through the project management lifecycle but also be a strong team player and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders.

If you have the following knowledge and experience, we want to talk to you:

• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects to tight deadlines
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Good communication and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• A passion and enthusiasm for the food industry and our products
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the sales and category function in relation to NPD
• Customer focused

These would be a bonus too:

• Degree/Equivalent in a Food related discipline
• Experience with retailers and their processes

Commuting here is a breeze! All three sites are located close to the bottom of the A3 and M27, surrounded by fields and serenity. Our offices are modern, bright and airy with free parking onsite.
