The Role
            
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join a well-established and fast growing food manufacturer of healthy branded food products based in North East England. 

Key Responsibilities

•    The successful candidate will play an important role in providing day to day account management to major retail clients.
•    To build effective external relationships, present new product ideas, whilst exceeding sales and margin into a particular category.
•    Working closely with other functions in the business in order to exploit key opportunities including NPD.
•    JBP negotiations
•    Weekly analysis and forecasting

Candidate Requirements:

•    Will possess several years of commercial experience and national account management of major retail accounts within the food industry. This must be from one of the top 4 (Tesco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s and Asda)
•    A branded and background is a must. 
•    Must have an entrepreneurial mind-set, with a very driven and focussed attitude.
•    Must have worked on Joint Business Plans with major retailers.
•    An eye for detail, and great numerical skills
•    Great communication and interpersonal skills
•    Confident presenter
•    Strong relationship builder

The Package

•    £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary dependent upon experience
•    20% bonus dependent upon individual targets
•    Car Allowance
•    Pensions scheme & private healthcare
