Regional Operations Associate

As an operations graduate you will be responsible for:

• Man management of your fleet, with over 300 staff.
• Developing and implementing initiatives to improve the efficiency of the fleet.
• Analysing data to manage the distribution of drivers at any given time.
• Hands on man management to understand the difficulties the drivers experience whilst in the field.

The ideal candidate would:

• Be degree educated (or equivalent).
• Be entrepreneurial with a hands on approach.
• Be a proven Man Manager.
• Have a great attention to detail with an analytical skill set.
