Supply Chain Manager, London
The Supply Chain division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager within the drinks sector.
The role
The Supply Chain Manager role will be required to ensure the right stock levels are in the right place at the right time. You will oversee the purchase wines to meet the needs of the demand plan, inventory, trends in the market and seasonality change. You will be required to ensure the forecasting models are accurate, manage performance of freight forwarders, ensure stock levels are correct against demand and inventory. In addition, you will be required to support finance, marketing, sales to identity commercial opportunities.
The candidate
The successful candidate for the supply chain manager role in London will have the following attributes:
- A proven track record of working within the wine industry
- Highly analytical
- Great communicator and relationship builder
- Fluent in French, Italian or Spanish
- Certification of Wine Spirit Education Trust
- Full driving license
- Previous experience of Sage/JDA or equivalent
You will also be given the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving growing company and the ability to gain a vocational qualification, such as WSET or CIPS.
