Job Details
A highly regarded wholesaler in the FMCG industry are looking for an operations professional to take on a hands on managerial role at their busy distribution centre.
The Role
You will work in a leadership position, supervising, motivating and planning for a team of operatives. Working to a set shift pattern, you will ensure seamless handovers and maintain expected productivity levels.
Working in collaboration with the Production Manager, you can expect to create daily production plans. You will be given the platform to suggest improvements and efficiencies through identifying and reporting errors in the existing process.
The business works with seasonal products, so you will need to have some flexibility during peak periods. Work undertaken at unsociable hours is compensated appropriately, in addition to your basic salary.

To Interview
You will have work experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader level in a distribution centre, depot or warehouse. You'll have an understanding of how to work with delicate products, and the importance of efficient, quality operations.
Professionals fluent in an Eastern European language (e.g. Polish, Russian, Lithuanian) will be looked on favourably.
