Do you have the passion to work for a young, brand-led SME confectionery business?

Are you currently an Account Manager with 2+ National Account experience?

Our client has been labelled the innovator of the confectionery industry in recent times. Not only have they identified a new demographic for the confectionery sector, they have also launched indulging products which have gained numerous listings and plaudits from consumers. The brand is now listed in multiple channels including grocery, travel retail, department stores and high street. Due to its success in the confectionery market the business has decided to bring on a Commercial Manager to take over all retail accounts.

Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the business’s key accounts across grocery, department stores and travel retail
  • Have full responsibility and autonomy over promotions, forecasting and management of an overall P&L
  • Responsible for developing insight into competitors and identifying gaps in the market
  • Create and develop Joint Business Plans with key retailers in line with the business’s overall strategy

The ideal candidate will ideally have 3 years FMCG experience, with at least 18 months of this managing a top 6 grocery account with P&L responsibility. Culture is huge within the business so you will need to demonstrate your ability to be a team player, full of innovative ideas and able to fit into a young, dynamic team. You will also be commutable into Central London.
