The organisation
A globally recognised multi-category FMCG business with an enviable portfolio of brands.
The role
National Account Executive role with P&L accountability for a portion of a major grocery account. In this role you will be responsible for delivering budgeted revenue and supporting in the strategic formulation and execution of the agreed JBP. Other key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Account Controller
- Developing strong customer relationships which ensure mutually beneficial JBPs
- Providing clear direction and support on the execution and strategy of the 3-year brand plan
- The management and development of 1-2 direct reports
The person
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
- Some previous National Accounts experience, within the FMCG industry
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of P&L management
