Consumer Champion (Customer Service Executive)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious and entrepreneurial health food company.

The business has doubled in size each year since its inception and their products are available in all major retailers. The brand sits comfortably alongside businesses such as Innocent and Graze, in that they offer healthy products for people with a busy lifestyle. Based in a cool and sociable office; a healthy food & drink bar, fun games and unique chill-out areas are all part of the office environment.

This thriving company is looking for a proactive and energetic Consumer Champion to manage all their consumer contacts. The person will be the voice of the company, ensuring that customers who get in touch go away impressed by the enthusiasm, knowledge and care its people have for their products and for the people that buy them.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the consumer care team as the first point of contact for all direct consumer inquiries by phone and email
• Reply to all written enquiries with a unique touch that leaves a long lasting impression
• Represent the brand in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring the customers are receiving more than they are expecting
• Owning the consumer insights including monthly consumer reports, proactively recording key consumer metrics, relevant feedback trends and the implications to the business
• Assisting with other office duties and helping out marketing, events and sales teams when required

What we are looking for:

• A graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree
• 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service position is desirable
• Confident and friendly phone manner
• Fantastic communication and organisational skills
• Bags of initiative
