Our client is one of the leading chilled food manufacturers and they are looking to support their strong Commercial Team by recruiting a professional Administrator.

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Deal effectively with customer queries and orders providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Communicating orders via e-mail and phone to relevant site management.
  • Ensure all customer orders are processed and entered accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Communicate any messages or relevant information to the Commercial team as required.
  • Ensure all filing is kept up-to-date and organised.
  • Generating export load plans and assisting with export despatching and documentation.
  • Assisting the Commercial Manager with the generation of production forecasts, costing, and sales information.
  • Handling commercially sensitive documentation relating customer specifications, costings, prices etc.



The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast paced office environment and have worked on Microsoft office systems. You will have strong organisation and interpersonal skills, confident communicating to staff members of all levels. The person chosen for this role will have enthusiasm and a positive way of working.
