My client, a global Beauty innovator, manufacturer and brand owner have a vacancy within their UK national sales team.  As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for a leading Discounter customer and their retailer-exclusive Colour Cosmetics range.

Partnering  head-office buyers, supply chain and retail operations; there will  be  particular emphasis on national stock holding & sales forecasting .  As with most Discounter retailers there is a ‘trading appetite’ and as an account manager you are able to operate in a dynamic opportunist manner, driving and personally influencing product strategy.   The account, currently worth c£6M is growing fast.  This role is home based but you’ll need to be visible within the account  and happy to travel to the retailer’s Midlands based offices as well as  to HQ in Surrey on a monthly basis. 

The ideal candidate will bring with them previous experience of working at national buyer level within the Discounter channel or Grocery customer base.  An understanding of the beauty/personal care product sector (Cosmetics/Haircare/Skincare/Bath & Body/Toiletries) will be highly advantageous but outside of this FMCG branded goods experience will also be considered.
