National Account Controller
Team of direct reports
Office based role, South East
The role:
This is a Top Tier Global business with phenomenal brands in their product sector. They're recruiting a National Account Controller to manage a team of Account Managers and Executives to work with a specific Top 4 grocery customer or on a high street account base. There will be top to bottom full P&L responsibility and giving a first class customer experience is of equal importance.

This organisation is a leading player worldwide in its sector and they produce some of the most well-known products that are consumed on a daily basis. They are big on development and progression and opportunities can arise in different areas of the business.
The person:
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
- Strong commercial FMCG or Retail Buying leadership experience
- Top 4 grocery or high street channel experience
- Management of a sizeable profit & loss.
- High numerical ability
- Ability to influence & manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
