This newly created role - Head of Operations, will drive and manage change across Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Planning functions within our innovative beauty & lifestyle client. 

The business is in growth mode and it’s a great time to join them and be part of the exciting future.  As an experienced Head of you’ll have 3 management level direct reports and be responsible for leading and managing the strategic & operational performance, ensuring the successful delivery of business strategy, KPIs and objectives.

Along with the day to day operation there will be a focus on managing change projects around global distribution development; previous experience of ‘FOB’ would be highly advantageous as would exposure to working with suppliers in the Far East and continuous improvement f 3PL.

A skilled people-leader, the ideal candidate will come from either the beauty product industry or very similar component-driven consumer goods sector and will already be operating at strategic level.
