Job Details

We are looking for two talented Business Developers in both North and South Wales to join a global drinks business to drive their presence & sales forward. The organisation is instantly recognisable with a portfolio spanning drinks, snacking and mainstream food products. Whilst they have fantastic brands they recognise it's their people that make the difference and they have a great culture and environment that supports learning & development. 

This role sits within the Vending division and in the BDM role you will be targeted in developing new business, growing the existing customer base and driving forward the overall sales within the territory. Customers could be any place with a hot beverages / snacking vending machine; so workplaces; healthcare; education; leisure, etc; which are typically serviced by Compass, Sodexo. Whilst you will be responsible for new business, a good proportion of the role will be further developing business within the top 30 existing customers. This requires excellent account management to prevent customer losses; a passion to drive new customer acquisition, machine extension opportunities and increase consumption within your designated customers. 
You will need to have sales experience, used to hunting out new business and dealing with the knockbacks! Ideally are looking for someone who has been selling in a contract & lease focussed environment. So whilst Vending experience is naturally preferable but we would also be interested if you have been in a B2B sales into Capital Equipment, Printing, Pest Control, Office supplies or Hygiene Services.

The business is highly supportive and career opportunities really do exist, in-fact last year two BDM’s were promoted out of the Region, so we want career minded individuals. In return for your hard work you will receive a salary up to £34,000 (dependant on experience), company car; laptop, ipad, phone, strong pension, healthcare and an outstanding commission opportunity with OTE potential of £70k+
