The role…

This critical role within our clients business will be challenging but ultimately, extremely rewarding. The successful Warehouse Operations Manager will have responsibility for managing the warehouse and operations teams to ensure optimum service levels are reached and maintained. Working alongside the site management team to manage the successful delivery of business KPI’s, the successful Warehouse Operations Manager will need to have a proactive approach to performance management and the ability to spot areas of development in line with company succession plans.

The successful Warehouse Operations Manager will…

• Have operational management experience gained within a warehouse environment
• Display outstanding people management skills
• Have previously held budget management responsibility
• Show a clear understanding of warehouse health and safety legislation
• Have knowledge of operational methods and procedures relating to the logistics industry
• Possess a full UK driving licence

This is an site based opportunity in the Lincolnshire area. Our client is willing to pay up to pay up to £45k plus benefits for the right individual.
