Head Brewer/Brewmaster

Brewmaster – €40,000 - €60,000 p/a – Established Craft Brewery – Ireland

I am currently working with an established Irish craft brewery who are looking for a Head Brewer/Brewmaster with a creative and steady hand to guide and direct them through upcoming growth. This brewery are known for producing solid craft beers time after time and have created a really strong brand in the Irish market and oversees with a huge export network.

This position will be responsible for the 100% of the brewery operations including 8 staff, seasonal brews and beers, consistent core range production and packaging. On top of these responsibilities you will also be keeping a very close eye on the craft market so that the brewery can be ahead of the curve with new trends and market insights.

The right candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a craft beer environment, ideally in both a low and medium volume environment. You will also have people management skills and be capable of managing a growing brewery and team. You will need a good track record of consistently producing medium volume product but also a successful recorded designing recipes for seasonal and guest beers.
