An excellent opportunity for a Customer Logistics Manager to join my client a Multi-National FMCG business based in West London. As the Customer Logistics Manager you will be fully responsible for leading the Customer Service team and ensuring that excellent customer service levels are met by working closely with 3PL, internal stakeholders and the retailers.

Responsibilities for the Customer Logistics Manager will include;
  • To build and develop strong relationships with customers
  • To take ownership of the Customer Service team members
  • To closely manage the 3PL to ensure that excellent customer service levels are achieved and maintained
  • Prepare service level presentations and attend supply chain service reviews with Customer
  • To prepare for new promotions and to ensure that they are planned effectively in order to ensure service levels are maintained
  • To drive continuous improvement throughout the business and ensuring that cost reduction is implemented
  • To continuous report on Supply Chain KPI's


The ideal candidate will have the following;
  • Degree educated or equivalent working experience
  • Previous experience of working within an FMCG environment
  • Excellent excel skills and previous knowledge of ERP systems
  • Previous experience of working with 3PL providers
  • Minimum 3 years of working within a Supply Chain environment
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong proactive problem solver and decision maker
