Welcome to Interface Clinical Services Ltd.
Established over 10 years ago, we deliver clinical projects in around 3,000 GP practices and hospitals throughout the UK each year. Some of the projects are funded by the NHS, and some are funded by industry partners. Through our staff of experienced clinical pharmacists, we provide medicines management and medicines optimisation services, but we do much more.
This is what our northern regional business development lead told us;
‘My role enables me to work both independently and as part of multiple teams to drive our business growth. I have huge variety and opportunity within my role and enjoy the challenge of delivering results to grow our business. I have forged relationships and trust with key clients both old and new and build daily on my commercial awareness. I am driven by the ability to see the immediate results of my own work and my flexibility means I can adapt to ever changing business needs.’
We have an opportunity for a talented individual to join the business team in the south east. This includes London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and parts of Hampshire.
We have a large portfolio of services which can benefit NHS organisations and enhance patient care. This is a business role to ensure that our services are introduced to key stakeholders effectively and to generate and facilitate the uptake of these services across the region where appropriate.
Do you have proven business development skills and a passion to combine this with healthcare?
Are you an outgoing, confident character able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and presentation skills?
Do you have a strong work ethic and are you willing to travel?
You will ideally have a life science or medical background and prior experience of working with CCGs and GP Federations in the South East. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and will have a desire to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of patients.
Above all, your positive attitude and great interpersonal skills are essential.
Rewards include career progression through established career pathways, training opportunities and an employer that rewards individual achievements.
We offer a competitive salary, car allowance, company bonus scheme and a range of company benefits including a pension scheme and a cash back health care plan equating to £65,000 OTE.
