Within the UK, Classic Fine Foods supply Michelin Star restaurants, hotels, department stores and independent customers with the highest quality products across the following product areas; dairy, meat, pastry, gastronomies, seafood, high-quality perishables, condiments, pasta, and chocolate.

Role

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth within your customer portfolio, focussing on selling high-end ingredients to Food Manufactures. Working closely with the wider commercial team you will be responsible for developing successful and profitable relationships with B2B customers such as chocolatiers, ice cream producers and bakeries. In addition, this role will have a large focus on developing new business opportunities within your region in line with the UK strategy.

Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will have a proven track record of developing sales and building strong customer relationship within the business to business channel, specifically within the Southern UK Food Manufacture market. Extensive experience within food sales in the UK is essential, as well as possessing a real passion for premium food products. Familiarity of ingredient knowledge will be key, particularly within pastry or dairy.  Bringing new and exclusive products to the UK market, such as Qimiq (an innovative dairy product) will be under the remit of this position.  You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships internally and with your customers.  You will be an organised individual with the drive, motivation, and passion to achieve sales and thrive on over delivering against targets.
