This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Field Sales Executive within the Healthcare & Beauty market. Working with some of the leading brands in the market, the territory will include London and the SE.





Client Details

The client is a blue chip organisation with a massive portfolio of products and a very strong name in the healthcare market. They are renowned as being one of the market leaders in the industry and seek an ambitious individual to be an ambassador for the brand. Forming part of a large field sales team there is a strong supporting network investing heavily in training and development as they believe in careers and longevity within their people.

They are looking to expand their team due to major successes, providing great progression opportunities for the right person.

The Person:

  • Motivated, committed and enthusiastic with a strong desire to contribute to an established brand.


    • Target driven with a desire to continually push KPI's.


    • Comfortable managing a wide range of accounts with ability to develop strong commercial relationships.


    • Enthusiasm to chase new business.


    • Entrepreneurial self-starter who can set their own targets and efficiently organise work schedule.


    • Able to demonstrate market knowledge and use effectively in daily workload.


    • Merchandise products within accounts


    • Deliver product training programs to client staff


    • Delivering against key objectives set each quarter


    • Target and develop strong relationships with your client base


    • Identify opportunities to drive relationships and brand awareness
    • Able to travel to cover both London and the South East
























    Profile

    The Field Sales Executive will;
    • Ideally have working knowledge of the healthcare industry with a proven sales track record in a similar role within FMCG
    • Have strong selling and negotiation skills
    • Be degree educated


    • Be highly motivated with strong commercial awareness and the ability to use commercial knowledge to increase profit and business growth.
    • Be able to analyse complex data and other territory information to build a prioritised expert focused territory business plan


    • Possess a full Clean Driving License


    • Be ambitious and enthusiastic

    The Field Sales Executive will be offered £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Car + Bonus
