National Account Executive - Grocery - supporting a SNAM on one of the top four grocery accounts.

My client is a premium, well known a loved international FMCG brand. Currently dominating the market in their sector. They live and breathe innovation; and always trying to be ahead of their competitors with NPD and Marketing campaigns. They are experiencing strong growth YOY, which has resulted in the need to expand their current National Accounts team.

Description

As a National Account Executive - Grocery you will get involved in the following key tasks:
  • Support the SNAM to deliver on sales, margin and distribution targets on the focus brands in the assigned accounts.
  • Deliver on sales, margin and distribution targets for direct account base.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand plans are applied in a consistent fashion to our key accounts.
  • Support the SNAM by providing accurate forecasts and effective communication with demand planning to deliver agreed forecasting targets.
  • Manage promotional activity with a SNAM by owning the planning, delivery and post evaluation of promotions, recommending any improvements to return on future promotional activity.


Profile

National Account Executive - Grocery will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Ideally have some experience within FMCG Sales responsibility within Grocery
  • Have had exposure to P&L
  • Graduate calibre
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Be highly motivated with strong commercial awareness and the ability to use commercial knowledge to increase profit and business growth.
  • As this is a development role ambition is key/crucial



Due to the office location you need to be based in Surrey or South West London.
