The Role: Based in London or the Northern Home Counties, the successful Client Relationship Director will be managing a range of strategic accounts in the commercial end user space. You will be talking to managers and directors of customer services, with upselling duties involved. A full company induction and product training is standard here.
The Company: This not-for-profit organisation is expanding at a great rate, hence their current search for a new Client Relationship Director. They have twenty years of expertise in the provision of customer service courses, and are constantly looking to increase their training offerings.
For this Client Relationship Director position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong field sales skills
- A track record in managing accounts is vital
- Motivated and passionate candidates with a strong work ethic
